Shipping policy

Many bommashop products are made to order, so shipping happens in two stages.

Production time

Your product is made or 3D printed after you place your order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production.

Delivery time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays or weather.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order details

For personalised products, please double check the name, number or text you enter, as we print exactly what you provide. If we need to confirm your details we will contact you using the email or phone number given at checkout.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation with tracking information where the courier provides it.
